Job Description
As a Technical Desk Manager at Fresh Recruit Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting the Field Operations Manager and engineers with technical expertise and guidance. This position requires a seasoned Senior Refrigeration Engineer who can leverage their experience in installation and service work to drive business success. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing technical support and guidance to management and engineers.
• Facilitating effective communication between customers and the company.
• Reviewing and resolving onsite complaints, concerns, and warranty claims.

Requirements
To excel in this position, candidates must possess excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of refrigeration systems, and relevant certifications such as NVQ/C&G Refrigeration based qualification, Refrigerant handling C&G 2079 F-Gas or equivalent CITB certificate. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a refrigeration engineer is required. The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
