About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Velocity Recruitment. As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing costs, ensuring value for money, and maintaining the highest standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for social housing projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Monitor project progress and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide regular financial reports and updates to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably within social housing.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
