Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Support Manager to lead our services supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, sensory impairment, and complex needs.

Salary: £35,250 - £36,750 per annum (dependent on CQC registration)

Location: High Wycombe

The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years of experience as a CQC-registered manager, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care services. They will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of person-centred support, contributing to development of support plans, risk assessments, and review documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a dedicated staff team, providing regular supervisions and support for their development
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, maintenance, and management of systems, processes, procedures, and standards within the area of responsibility
  • Ensure the service meets compliance requirements through audit processes and developing improvement action plans

Requirements:

  • Minimum NVQ Level 5 or Diploma in Health and Social Care Management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
