Service Designer Position

Lorien is seeking a Service Designer to join their team on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing services that improve customer experiences and work collaboratively with architects to understand end-to-end services. Key responsibilities include developing and ensuring alignment to the company's long-term strategic vision for systems, as well as working with the Product Analyst to capture processes, opportunities, and challenges in the system. The programme vision is to be an industry leader in systems, technology, and data required to deliver a safe, reliable, and flexible distribution network. The Service Designer will work closely with the Product Analyst to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the company's strategic vision and work on exciting projects that will shape the future of the industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
