About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our team at Digital Gurus.

As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

You will collaborate with various departments to develop and implement innovative technology strategies that align with business goals and enhance overall performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison between departments and IT to ensure technology strategies are aligned with business objectives.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, collaborating with IT on scalable, sustainable solutions.
  • Lead and manage technology projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors, providing regular updates and gathering feedback.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, implementing improvements that boost efficiency and productivity.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong understanding of business operations and technology solutions.
  • Experience in both business analysis (BA) and project management (PM), particularly in leading technology projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A forward-thinking mindset, always looking for innovative ways to improve processes.
  • Proven ability to align technology with business objectives and manage competing priorities.

Salary: Up to £52,000 pa
