Key Responsibilities- Identify the needs and abilities of our clients and provide personal care and encouragement
- Assist with medication, meal preparation, and domestic services
- Support with community visits, such as shopping and leisure trips
- Regularly communicate with our office support team
- Reflect our HEART values in your daily work
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.50
- A £2.00 per hour Bank Holiday enhancement rate
- Full-time and part-time positions available
