About the Role

As a Senior Forecasting and MI Analyst at Connect Health, you will play a pivotal role in leading a talented team to provide critical insights to senior stakeholders within the Contact Centre. Your expertise will be instrumental in envisioning future scenarios, mitigating risks, and enhancing overall performance.

Your Day-to-Day:

Lead Excellence: Inspire and guide our Forecasting and MI Analysts to deliver top-notch insights.

Data Detective: Dive into historical call, email, and appointment data, uncovering key performance drivers and patient experience influencers.

Actionable Insights: Translate data into actionable recommendations, empowering decision-makers.

Accuracy Champion: Monitor and provide feedback on forecast accuracy.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Operations, Change, PMO, and Finance teams to gather relevant data and understand business dynamics.

KPI Tracking: Create insightful reports and dashboards to track performance metrics.

Data Storyteller: Transform complex data into a compelling narrative, helping the business identify improvement areas.

What You'll Bring to the Role:

  • Proven experience in forecasting & data analysis within a Contact Centre, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong statistical proficiency (because numbers are your playground).
  • Good understanding & experience working on other Contact Centre activities (scheduling, Real Time Management etc.).
  • Passion for making a difference in patients' lives.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with healthcare data (bonus points if you've danced with patient records).
  • A curious mind and a knack for turning data into actionable wisdom.
