Relief Security Officer Job Opening

About the Role

We are recruiting a Relief Security Officer to support our Security teams across the Glasgow, Edinburgh and Stirling areas.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will ensure a safe and secure environment for staff and visitors by providing backup assistance to Security teams.

Main Duties:
  • Support Security teams in maintaining a safe and secure environment
  • Greet staff and visitors while enforcing security protocols
  • Monitor premises to prevent rule infractions and conduct regular patrols
  • Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents
  • Enforce company policies and procedures
  • Complete detailed reports on incidents and observations
Qualifications and Experience:
  • In-date SIA Licence required
  • Access to own vehicle and driving licence preferred
  • Proven experience as a corporate security officer or relevant position
  • Able to work agilely and flexibly
  • Strong observational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of basic security operations and procedures
Benefits Package:
  • 42 hours per week
  • Day and Night shifts
  • £13.10 per hour + Benefits Package
  • Full training and uniform provided
