Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Frontline Recruitment Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing MIG and TIG welding, sheet metal fabrication, and assembly of metal components per engineering drawings.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires no less than 40 hours of work per week. The estimated salary for this role is £15.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG and TIG welding and sheet metal fabrication
  • Assemble and fabricate metal components to specifications
  • Operate and maintain power and hand tools safely
  • Inspect welded components for quality assurance
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace

Requirements

  • Proven experience in welding, including sheet metal work
  • Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding (both preferred)
  • Ability to read fabrication drawings and understand welding symbols
  • Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with quality management systems
  • Basic computer skills for digital work instructions
