Supply Chain Operations Assistant
Mint Velvet is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Assistant to support the smooth flow of goods from origin to final delivery destination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide critical assistance to the imports & exports team; ensuring all stock movement is timely & compliant
- Work as main point of contact for Freight Forwarders and DC (Distribution Centre) on imports and exports
- Partner with your line manager to continually improve your own performance
- Keep Buying, Merchandising & Digital teams informed and updated on all import/export processes and costs
Requirements:
- A positive and professional attitude, demonstrating a drive to work consistently to high standards and within agreed timeframes
- Great communication skills, both written and interpersonal, and comfortable presenting to others
- Comfortable with numbers and data
