IT Procurement Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking an IT Procurement Strategist to join our team at 1st Executive Limited. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for the delivery of end-to-end sourcing projects across the breadth of the IT/Technology spend category.

Key Responsibilities
  • To engage C-Level stakeholders and nurture relationships to ensure the value of Procurement is recognised
  • To guide and mentor internal customers through full lifecycle sourcing projects spanning the IT sub-categories, identifying opportunities to innovate the way third-party consultancy solutions are utilised
  • To define and implement global category strategies, introducing best-in-class supplier management initiatives and further innovative 'value-add' procurement initiatives
Requirements
  • Procurement experience gained in the Technology spend category
  • Proven experience of delivering complex IT sourcing projects
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills-set, demonstrating success in influencing decision-making
  • Ideal experience of working in a regulated industry sector
  • Degree or CIPS qualified preferred
Location and Salary

The successful candidate must be based in the UK and hold current/valid UK RTW. The salary for this role is up to £65,000 + corporate package, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting top talent.
