Job Title: Hose Assembly and Test Technician

We are seeking a skilled Hose Assembly and Test Technician to join our team in Aberdeen. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for refurbishing, servicing, assembling, and testing products such as hydraulic, industrial, and composite hose assemblies, pumps, and instrument tubing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare assemblies using a variety of hoses for industrial, offshore, and hydraulic and pneumatic purposes.
  • Carry out quality and safe activities for the refurbishment, servicing, assembly, and testing of products.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure organisational or client deadlines are met.
  • Help promote a culture of cost efficiency and savings.
Requirements:
  • An understanding and practical experience of working with hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Customer and Quality Focus.
  • Forklift certificate.
  • BFPA qualification level 2 (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience of hose inspection and pressure testing.
