Job Title: Early Years Educator

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our supportive team at Nocturnal Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and well-being of children aged 0-7 years old.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist children with daily activities, including personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility, based on their individual needs and abilities.
  • Provide personalized care and support to the children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • To set up engaging environments for children to play and learn, ensuring a risk assessment is completed and updated regularly.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive environment where children can build social skills, confidence, and independence.
  • Plan and facilitate educational games, sensory experiences, and other engaging activities suitable for young children.

Requirements:

  • MUST have an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care OR Children & Young People
  • MUST have at least 2 years of UK experience working within a children's nursery or in early childcare.
  • MUST hold a DBS registered on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
  • MUST have a good level of English (written & verbal) skills.
  • MUST be happy to provide personal care.
  • MUST be flexible to work throughout the week.
