About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our Property Litigation team in Manchester. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on commercial property disputes and estate management issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our property litigators to advise on all aspects of commercial property disputes and estate management issues.
  • Support colleagues across the firm in their service lines, requiring input from property litigation.
  • Achieve budgets set by the firm and assist others in achieving their objectives.
  • Supervise more junior members of the team and work towards achieving the firm's business objectives.
  • Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the firm.
Requirements
  • A law degree or law conversion course qualification.
  • Previous experience in a legal administration or paralegal role, with a focus on property or litigation.
  • A desire to learn and develop legal skills in property litigation, with a strong understanding of the firm's services and client needs.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
  • High standards of client service and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent IT skills and a strong attention to detail.
