We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the management of our referral team, processes, and protocols. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Clinical Director, Practice Director, and other stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding and effective planning of referral procedures throughout the clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Team management and effective project oversight
- Maintaining a results-oriented, commercial approach
- Partnership with the IVC marketing team to troubleshoot daily challenges and promote Rowe Veterinary Referrals
- Collaboration with the Practice Director and Clinical Director to manage relationships with referring practices, analyse campaign performance, and assess local and regional competitive landscapes
- Financial duties, including ensuring referral costs remain within budget and assisting in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs)
As a member of our team, you will also have the opportunity to engage in internal and external events and conferences, contributing to the content for internal communications.
Requirements- Demonstrate strong organisational skills and effective project management capabilities
- Exhibit a results-orientated and commercial approach
- Proficient in presenting ideas and possessing excellent relationship management skills
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Previous experience in the veterinary industry is advantageous
- Experience in team management is desirable
