We are seeking an experienced Ducting and Cable Laying Supervisor to join our team at VEA Telecoms Ltd. As a Ducting and Cable Laying Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of ducting and cable laying projects, including coordinating resources for efficient project execution, ensuring compliance with project plans and quality standards, and collaborating with internal stakeholders for smooth project delivery.

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the construction and maintenance of ducting and cable laying projects.
2. Coordinate resources for efficient project execution.
3. Ensure compliance with project plans and quality standards.
4. Liaise with external contractors, suppliers, and local authorities for necessary permits and permissions.
5. Maintain accurate documentation including project reports and records.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong knowledge of civil construction techniques and telecom infrastructure projects, excellent leadership and team management skills, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and proficiency in project management software and tools. A valid driving license and NRSWA Supervisor certification are required.
