Sales Team Management

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Stanmore. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving growth, maximising revenues, and developing exceptional relationships with clients.

About the Role:

  • Create the largest active market share of any agent in the area.
  • Maximise revenues and grow the property register.
  • Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations.
  • Maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets.
  • Manage performance of employees through regular 1:1's, reviews etc.

Salary Range: Our attractive salary range is £38,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission opportunities and bonus incentives.

Requirements:

  • Previous Estate Agency and customer services experience.
  • Target driven and tenacious, with demonstrable evidence of achievements.
  • Effectively manage a team.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Display high standards of service and presentation.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth.
