Learning Support Assistant (LSA) in Camden
About the Role:
As a dedicated Learning Support Assistant, you will provide personalized support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a 1:1 basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a school that values inclusivity and positive educational practices.
Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored 1:1 support to enhance students' learning experiences
- Support the department with EHCP processes and collaborate with teachers to implement effective strategies
- Adapt your approach to meet the diverse needs of each SEN student
Requirements:
- A degree in Psychology or a related field from a top UK university
- Proven experience working with children with SEN
- Previous 1:1 experience with SEN students is highly desirable
- Confidence in managing SEN children in small groups and 1:1
