About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practitioner Psychologist to join our Clinical Wellbeing team in the North East/North Lincolnshire region. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our pupils, utilizing your expertise in psychology to make a positive impact on their lives.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team, working in a nurturing environment where our pupils can flourish. You will be responsible for holding a caseload alongside other clinicians, with the full support of our well-established and knowledgeable Clinical Team. You will also contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice, utilizing your skills and experience to drive excellence in our service.

Our Clinical Team is committed to providing high-quality care and support to our pupils, and we are looking for a Practitioner Psychologist who shares our vision and values. You will be working in a role that is both challenging and rewarding, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our pupils
  • Work collaboratively with other clinicians to achieve excellent outcomes
  • Contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice
  • Manage a caseload and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Utilize data to inform service delivery and development

Requirements:

  • Doctoral level degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, Forensic)
  • Registered with the HCPC and own professional body
  • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience of working with people who have an intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage strategically
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of key partners
