We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at The Hayhurst Arms. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of our menu.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and preparation
  • Supervise and coordinate the kitchen team to ensure efficient service
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £33,000, plus tronc (tips paid into your bank)
  • Paid overtime
