Job Overview

We are a leading national provider of commercial catering and laundry services, seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Catering and Laundry Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service, maintenance, repair, and fault finding of gas and electric kitchen and laundry equipment
  • Field-based role requiring customer-facing skills and meeting with clients

Requirements

  • COMCAT 1,3,5 qualifications
  • Commercial ACS Gas Laundry Qualifications: CLE1 / CCLNG1 / CONGLP1PD / COCCLNG1
  • LPG qualification (advantageous)
  • Relevant electrical experience (18th edition electrics, HNC, NVQ, City and Guilds in electrics advantageous)
  • Full Driver's Licence

Package Overview

  • Competitive basic salary between £36,000 and £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and location
  • 42.5 hour working week
  • Door-to-door pay
  • 22 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays (increasing with length of service)
  • Van + Fuel Card
  • Personal use of van (Transit Custom)
  • Birthday Off
  • Private Pension
  • £250 Tool allowance per annum
  • Smart phone, Laptop & PDA
  • On call rota 1 in 6 (weekends only)
  • £100 standby allowance (£50 if not called out)
  • Paid at 1.5 x
