Anderselite Ltd is seeking a skilled Technical Drafter to join their Residential/Housing Team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on projects similar to residential and housing developments, with strong planning and house-type design skills.
This role requires technical competence in producing detailed drawings on AutoCAD, as well as proficiency in various software packages such as Revit. Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to work closely with housebuilders and developers to meet UK Building Regulations.
We are offering an excellent salary package, including a competitive annual salary of around £35,000-£45,000 depending on experience, for the right individual. This opportunity also comes with great prospects for career growth and development within a rapidly expanding company.
