Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our client's premises to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
  • Utilize a range of cleaning equipment and materials to meet BICS standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the facilities management team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • BICSc qualification or equivalent experience in cleaning and maintenance.
  • Experience working with cleaning industry color coding and ability to maintain high standards.
  • Flexibility to support the team during absences and holidays.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong math and English skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
