We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to join our team at Convergix Automation Solutions. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including stock control, allocation, and quality procedures.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure stock levels are maintained, allocated, and tracked accurately.
  • Control goods-in and goods-out, communicating with the team regarding any stock or materials issues.
  • Work from Bill of Materials and Pick Lists, kitting all items required from stock or procured items.
  • Administer goods-in documentation, inspecting goods, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Prepare commercial documentation for dispatch and maintain a tidy and safe working environment.

What We Offer

A generous compensation package, including a salary range of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as company pension, life cover, income protection, and annual leave.

Requirements

  • Experience within stores, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of logistics, IT literacy, and computerized stock systems.
  • Forklift license or willingness to undertake training.
  • Detailed-oriented and methodical approach to work.
  • Prioritization skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
