We are looking for a reliable and skilled Edinburgh Council Estate Caretaker to join our team at Ktpws. This is a permanent, part-time position with flexible hours (10-36 hours) to suit your needs.

The estimated salary for this role is £24,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning all surfaces, internal glass, floors, furniture, fixtures, and fittings within a group of buildings.
  • Ensuring premises are left safe and secure.
  • Operating security alarm systems.
