Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Beach Safety Attendant to join our team

The role of this position involves ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers in and around the water.

About the Role:
  • Clean assigned areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Set up and break down various activities and events, such as poolside operations and aquatic programs.
  • Conduct regular pool testing according to established procedures to guarantee water quality and safety standards are met.

This position requires working a varying rotated pattern of shifts, which may include evening and weekend hours.

We offer training programs that can lead to management positions, with a focus on individual development for those interested in a career in leisure.

Requirements:
  • A recognized lifeguard qualification from a UK governing body.
  • An understanding of relevant health and safety legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively address behavior issues with pool users when necessary.
  • A high standard of physical fitness to perform duties efficiently and safely.

The salary for this role is approximately £8.90 - £10.30 per hour, based on industry standards and location, with experience being taken into account.
