Job Title: Senior Product Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Development Manager to lead our R&D team in the development of new subsea equipment products. The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering or physics/math and experience in managing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the development process of new products and enhancement of current products
- Ensure product performance is maximised to maintain market competitiveness
- Set and monitor objectives, annual reviews and ensure the department is operating successfully day to day
- Project management including labour resource and ensuring time scales and budgets are complied with

Requirements:

- Degree level or equivalent in engineering or physics/math
- Practical experience with electronics, firmware and software
- Experience in projects within offshore equipment
