The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing data standards, policies, practices, and procedures to ensure data integrity, compliance, and availability.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues.
  • Serving as a liaison between Business and Technology to ensure that data-related business requirements are clearly defined, communicated, prioritized, and actioned.
  • Reviewing and auditing data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and external regulations.

We are seeking an experienced Data Governance Leader who can drive the development and implementation of data governance initiatives, including data cataloging using Collibra or similar tools. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills are essential for this role.

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Data Governance, Data Management, and Data Quality.
  • Familiarity with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Experience with Collibra or other data cataloging tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Genpact offers a competitive salary range of $100,000-$140,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
