Job Title: Outreach Enrolment Coordinator

At The Verbal Arts Centre (Northern Ireland) Limited, we are seeking an experienced Outreach Enrolment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in coordinating and liaising with schools in the North and Republic of Ireland to secure Peace of Mind project delivery throughout the funding period.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to secure and schedule project delivery sessions
  • Plan and coordinate the logistics of Peace of Mind project delivery, including scheduling, resource allocation, and location arrangements
  • Communicate session details to Project Trainers, including location, participant information, and session objectives

As an Outreach Enrolment Coordinator, you will work closely with the Project Coordinator and Project Trainers to ensure smooth and efficient transitions between project phases. About the Role:

This is a fixed-term contract for 36 hours per week, with a salary of £27,741 per annum. The successful candidate will be based in Derry~Londonderry and will be responsible for coordinating and delivering the Peace of Mind project in schools across the North and Republic of Ireland.
