Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes.

About the Role:

This is a rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. You will be working with adults who require specialist, person-centered care, and will be responsible for attending to their clinical care needs, as well as assisting them in enjoying activities they love.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care and support to service users
  • Assisting with medication administration and clinical interventions
  • Supporting service users with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Assisting with community outings and activities
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
Requirements:
  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Personal care and moving and handling skills
  • Medication administration and clinical intervention skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid UK driving license (required for day shifts)
