Key Responsibilities:

* Working in a fast-paced high-energy environment and checking the quality of rooms
* Organizing staff rotas
* Working closely with the supervisory team to support the Head Housekeeper
* Supporting the Housekeeping team with ongoing training and development
* Maintaining the standards set by HotelCare and our client at all times
* Meeting daily targets
* Complying with all company health and safety policies and record any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries

Person Specification:

* Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically in housekeeping or related areas
* Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination skills
