About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join our team at Zodiac Recruitment. As a qualified professional, you will work on a wide range of Building Surveying tasks for institutional, private, and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project management and coordination
  • Design and specification work, including schedule of condition and dilapidations
  • Acquisition surveys and building pathology
  • Reinstatement cost assessments and planned preventative maintenance
  • Party wall advice and general property consultancy
About You

The ideal candidate will be an MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor with previous experience in a similar role. You will have a strong foundation in the core areas of Building Surveying and the ability to work independently while managing client relationships.

  • Strong IT skills and excellent communication
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
  • A genuine interest in a long-term position with growth potential
