About the Role

As a Trainee Property Manager at Spicerhaart, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring they meet all regulatory health and safety standards. You will work closely with landlords and tenants to resolve any issues that may arise, and provide excellent customer service to maintain strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking and conducting property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
  • Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
  • Deposit returns
  • Resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing complaints
  • Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports
