Regional Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated sales professional to join our team as a Regional Key Account Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales operations in the South West region, implementing our wholesale sales strategy through a prescribed list of channel partners, and ensuring the achievement of sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Targets To Improve (TTIs), and Opportunities Index (OI) for the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with our channel partners and drive sales growth through effective account planning and execution.
  • Analyse and present data to identify opportunities and gaps, utilising insights and business intelligence to inform decision-making.
  • Recommend corrective actions and countermeasures to close gaps identified through data analysis, ensuring adherence to the contract matrix and account plans.
  • Collaborate with the regional manager to execute account plans and drive business results.
  • Demonstrate agility in responding to channel partner and business requirements, ensuring a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Contribute to achieving the forecast for the overall channel, briefing priorities to the business development manager team to support annual operating plan targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of channel partner information using CRM systems.
Requirements:
  • Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experienced in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Great communicator with the ability to establish and cultivate strong relationships with channel partners and customers.
  • Capable of analysing data and information to make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in asking penetrating questions to gather valuable insights to uncover opportunities or challenges.
  • Adept at leveraging both internal and external relationships for better outcomes.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
