Kitchen Porter Role Description: As a Kitchen Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of our kitchen area, supporting our chefs with food preparation, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitise all areas used for meal preparation, including ovens, grills, sinks, and stoves.
- Unload food and equipment deliveries, ensuring they are stored in the right areas.
- Maintain clean and sanitised work surfaces, floors, and walls.
- Assist the chefs with food preparation, such as peeling and washing.
- Keep freezers, fridges, and storage areas clean and organised.
