Job Title: Locum Veterinary Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join our team in a dynamic and friendly clinic. This is a full-time locum position where you will play a vital role in supporting our veterinary team and providing excellent care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist veterinarians in surgery and with medical procedures.
  • Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as directed.
  • Provide inpatient care, including monitoring vitals and providing post-operative care.
  • Conduct nurse clinics and client education on routine pet care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
  • Support the day-to-day running of the practice, including stock control and ensuring the clinic is clean and organized.
Requirements:
  • Must be a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN).
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in both routine and emergency care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time, locum position with a shift pattern of Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for animal care and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
