Façade Project Manager

Elk Recruitment is seeking a skilled Façade Project Manager to join our client's Façade Design Team.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Façade Project Manager to oversee the procurement, design, and specifications of bespoke façade solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, team leadership, and a strong understanding of industry fire standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage project procurement, design, and specifications to ensure high-quality façade solutions.
- Review and comment on package issued documentation, including drawings, reports, and technical queries.
- Assist engineers and the design team with CAD or hand sketches for presentation purposes.
- Carry out off-site and on-site inspections to assess production status and ensure quality of manufacturing and installation.
- Liaise with project teams, associated consultants, and clients to determine the best façade design outcomes.
- Produce drawings using AutoCAD and other software.
- Maintain project tracking logs.
- Undertake survey and investigation as required.
- Previous experience in Project Management and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of industry fire standards and experience of fire remediation.
- Knowledge and understanding of conditions of contract and implementing contract processes.
- Proficient use of Project Management software, such as CMAP.
- Proficient with MS Office suite and PDF editing software.
