Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Global Mobility Services team in London, UK.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day global coordination and/or UK service delivery of client engagements, supported by a junior engagement team.
  • Build, maintain and lead strong relationships with clients.
  • Act as the day-to-day contact for allocated clients.
  • Manage all associated compliance processes for international assignees.
  • Ensure clients are provided with up-to-date information on relevant tax developments.
  • Advise on risk issues relevant to clients and assist in mitigating these.
  • Prepare client advice for manager/partner review.
  • Manage projects.
  • Delegate work to, and train and coach junior staff.
  • Interact with KPMG's global People Services network.
  • Assist with the day-to-day running of the GMS team and participate in managerial meetings.
  • Monitor, record and manage financial results on allocated clients to ensure profitability of the business.
  • Recognise and develop opportunities to further grow the GMS team.
  • Lead business development and proposals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • ACA/ATT/CTA qualified or equivalent.

Experience and Background:

  • Previous experience co-ordinating global tax services for UK HQ clients.
  • Previous experience working in UK expatriate tax services.
  • Energetic, committed and ambitious.
