Job Title: Food Safety Management Specialist
About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled Food Safety Management Specialist to join our team at Food Alert Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of consultants and ensuring they deliver high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of consultants to deliver work to a high standard.
- Work with each consultant to ensure audit and consultancy services meet client expectations.
- Provide pastoral care to each team member.
- Maintain regular meetings with consultants and undertake shadow audits/peer reviews.
- Provide feedback and development plans as needed.
- Liaise with the planning department to address concerns or improve diary planning.
- Identify training needs for each consultant.
- Undertake audits, consultancy visits, and other revenue-generating work to meet targets.
- Qualified in Environmental Health (MSc/BSc) or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years in the hospitality sector compliance element.
- Background in personnel management.
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
