Senior Construction Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Development Lead to join our team at Excelcare Holdings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multiple projects across our HMO portfolio, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing site foremen, tradesmen, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
- Reviewing and assessing plans and drawings to ensure compliance.
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement, identifying risks, and opportunities for better efficiencies.
- Ensuring health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance.
- Regularly reporting progress, detailing issues, and actions taken.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with
- Demonstrable experience in construction project management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Building Regulations, Building Act, and related legislation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Asana.
