Substance Misuse Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Substance Misuse Specialist to join our team in South West London.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within the health, social care, criminal justice, or other specialist settings, ideally with those experiencing homelessness.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing support and advice to individuals experiencing difficulties due to substance misuse.
- Managing referrals into the service, completing triage assessments, and providing appropriate harm reduction advice.
- Developing plans with clients to help them achieve their goals.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- ONC/NVQ level 3 or willingness to achieve this within 12 months.
- UK driving license.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a positive impact on people's lives. The salary for this role is estimated at £25-£30 per hour, depending on experience.

- Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm schedule.
