About the Role

As a police constable, you'll be part of a diverse team that works together to make London and the UK safer for everyone.

You'll have the opportunity to develop valuable skills and knowledge through our apprenticeship route or degree program, which will enable you to pursue a fulfilling career in law enforcement.

Salaries and Benefits

The role comes with a competitive starting salary of over £38,000, with opportunities for career progression and increased earnings up to c. £56,000 as a PC, inclusive of allowances.

The comprehensive benefits package includes discounted rail travel up to 70 miles after initial training, free London travel, generous annual leave, and access to subsidised leisure and sporting activities.
