As a Deputy Home Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to provide specialist nursing support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in their absence. You will also supervise and coach colleagues to provide a service that is unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and you will be expected to recognize the signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if you have any concerns. You will also be required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to your role and undertake additional training in associated areas.
