Theatre Practitioner - Spinal / Orthopaedic Role
Nuffield Health Ipswich Hospital is seeking a skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our team in the Spinal / Orthopaedic department. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our theatre services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert care to patients undergoing spinal and orthopaedic procedures
- Work collaboratively with consultants, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Supervise and support junior staff members to develop their skills and confidence
- Contribute to the development and implementation of theatre policies and procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and theatre efficiency
