Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled FLT Counterbalance Operative to join our team at People Solutions Group Limited. As a Counterbalance Driver, you will be responsible for assisting in the stock rotation, driving/operating a Counterbalance Truck, and loading/unloading of goods as and when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the stock rotation process to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Operate a Counterbalance Truck to move stock around the warehouse and outside.
  • Load and unload goods as required, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Regularly check equipment for faults and report any issues to the relevant authorities.
  • Participate in general warehouse duties, including movement of pallets/wood/cardboard.

Requirements:

  • Valid external accredited Counterbalance Licence.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and self-motivation, with a flexible approach to tasks and responsibilities.
  • Good spatial awareness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desirable experience: two or more years' experience operating Counterbalance Trucks.
