About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team at Active Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and placing top talent in various sectors, including industrial, commercial, engineering, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of your specialist sector, staying informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and candidates, providing regular updates and progress reports.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, with a strong track record of delivering results and building strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the recruitment industry, with the ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
