About the Role

As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, visitors, and staff. Your focus will be on providing professional, high-quality customer service, responding to enquiries, and redirecting calls to relevant staff. You will also be responsible for completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should be confident in using computers and have a positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude. Previous experience in problem-solving and client complaints is also desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Answering the telephone and responding to enquiries at reception
- Completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required
- Maintaining the general tidiness of the reception area, liaising with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained
