We are seeking a dedicated and caring Male Support Worker to join our team at Community Integrated Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with support needs to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support to individuals with a range of disabilities and care needs, including autism, mental health, physical disabilities, diabetes, epilepsy, acquired brain injuries, and behaviours that may challenge.
  • Support individuals to engage in activities and hobbies, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality, consistent care and support.
  • Participate in comprehensive induction and training programmes to develop skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Self-motivated with energy and drive.
  • Reliable, friendly, and caring, with a commitment to supporting individuals to achieve their everyday goals.
  • Able to support in-house activities and hobbies.
  • Confident and able to inspire individuals to achieve more.
  • Able to help manage some behaviours that may challenge the norm, with training and guidance provided.
  • Comfortable using basic IT systems required within the role, with training offered to support this area.
