Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and versatile Maintenance Technician to join our team at Talent84 LTD. As a key member of our Maintenance team, you will be responsible for undertaking a range of repair duties on our premises, both residential and commercial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing planned and reactive maintenance tasks, assisting multiple trades such as plumbing, joinery, painting, and general repairs.
  • Diagnosing faults, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with repairs while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Working flexibly, adapting to varying workloads, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and service requirements.
  • Providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive customer experience by maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for colleagues, residents, and visitors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a maintenance or repair role.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
