Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Project Manager to join our team at Nicholas Associates. As a Manufacturing Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and production of high-performance carbon-ceramic materials for leading automotive clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring seamless coordination between engineering teams, suppliers, and clients.
  2. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, engineers, designers, procurement teams, and external suppliers to guarantee smooth communication and alignment on project goals.
  3. Project Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and maintain a high level of quality in all deliverables.
  4. Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, track spending, and report on financial performance against projections to ensure fiscal responsibility.
  5. Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards, maintaining the highest level of quality in all projects.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Automotive or similar Engineering manufacturing roles.
  • Recognised Project Management certification (Prince2/PMI etc).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
